Include your required date in the enquiry

Material, geometry, quantity, preparatory work and capacity determine the possible production date. The quotation sets out the project schedule, including necessary approvals, receipt of payment where applicable and transit time. A preferred date only becomes binding through our express agreement.

Express and overnight

Our regular production hours are usually between 07:00 and 18:00. Overnight production is also possible by agreement when needed. These production hours are not general opening or collection hours.

For suitable small parts, we also assess production with courier delivery within 24 hours. Feasibility, start time, destination and additional costs are confirmed in the specific quotation.

Worldwide shipping or collection

Shipping method and packaging depend on the part and destination. Costs and delivery terms are stated before you order. For international shipments, we agree on required customs information, import charges and responsibilities. If you wish to collect, the agreed place and time are communicated personally.

Payment to suit the service

• Printing services for business customers based in and receiving delivery in Germany: invoice payable within 14 days after delivery; if the invoice arrives later, the period starts upon receipt.
• Private customers: advance payment before work begins.
• International business: 100 per cent advance payment, including business customers.
• New CAD creation and design: advance payment.
• Mixed orders and CAD editing alone: terms for each service component in the individual quotation.

All costs before ordering

There is no minimum order value. Prices, shipping and agreed express or additional services are set out in the quotation. Uploading an enquiry does not trigger payment.
