Manufacture the right version
We agree on the approved data version, quantity, material and desired specification. Critical dimensions, fits and surfaces belong in the technical documentation. Changes are discussed before implementation.
Plan the right process
Print orientation, support points and required finishing affect function and appearance. Resin printing also relies on cleaning and appropriate post-curing. Visible layers are not treated as justification for arbitrary deviations from agreed properties.
Agree on a suitable inspection scope
Special dimensional checks, documentation or specified evidence are agreed per project. When a new geometry or application needs testing, a sample before the small production run can help.
