Start directly with a file
Upload the existing CAD file and important drawings. Specify the part's installation site and function. For a previously manufactured part, the earlier material designation, file version and installation notes are also helpful.
Start together without a file
Photos, sketches and dimensions give an initial impression. We prepare existing data and design simple parts to clear specifications. For more extensive design work, we can involve specialist CAD and engineering partners. We agree on scope and cost before starting. Before the CAD quotation, we clarify whether a sample part, further measurements or adaptations are needed.

Look beyond the shape
A replacement part must suit its application. Alongside dimensions, we consider forces, temperature, contact with media and mounting. An original material or manufacturing process cannot be replaced with just any 3D print without assessment.
Keep your own data backed up
Please retain original files and approved versions. Future repeat orders may require another upload. Only submit documents you are entitled to use for the requested purpose.
