Can I enquire about a single part?
Yes. We assess enquiries from a single part. Pricing depends on material, geometry, manufacturing and agreed finishing.
Do I need to know the material already?
No. You can use the material finder or describe your requirements directly. The specific material is agreed before you place an order.
Are all listed materials available for my project?
The material overview describes material groups and typical applications. We assess whether we can offer your part in the desired material based on the specific enquiry.
Do I need a finished 3D file?
An existing 3D file is the best basis for a manufacturing enquiry. For simple parts, we also help with data preparation and CAD. Scope and cost are agreed before starting.
Can I send just a photo?
A photo helps with assessment but does not replace the part's geometry and dimensions. We clarify what information is needed for a possible design.
Does the material finder provide technical approval?
No. It suggests potential material groups based on your information. Material grade, part geometry, operating conditions and manufacturing process must be assessed beforehand.
When are the price and delivery date confirmed?
If we can offer your project, you receive a quotation with scope, price and timing. A preferred date in your enquiry is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
What happens if my project cannot be carried out?
We will let you know that we cannot quote for the requested specification. An enquiry does not commit you to ordering.
Is an enquiry already a chargeable order?
No. Uploading files and submitting the enquiry form are non-binding. After assessment, you receive an individual written quotation. An order is only formed through your express acceptance.
Which files can I upload?
For 3D models, you can use STEP, STP, STL, 3MF and OBJ. We accept technical drawings as PDF and reference images as JPG or PNG. Current file-number and size limits are shown directly at the upload area.
Can I enquire about several parts together?
Yes. Create an item for each different part. Each item can include several related files, a description, quantity, preferred material, colour and preferred date.
What is the difference between FDM and resin?
FDM printing processes plastic filament layer by layer, making it suitable for many functional plastic parts. Resin printing cures liquid resin with light, enabling particularly fine details and smooth surfaces. We choose the process according to your application.
Are all presented materials manufactured in-house?
Depending on the project, we may manufacture in-house or work with a suitable manufacturing partner. We clarify whether we can offer the requested specification before you order.
Is express or overnight production available?
Tell us your preferred date. We assess whether accelerated production is possible as part of your enquiry.
Where do you deliver, and is collection possible?
We generally deliver worldwide by agreement. Shipping method, costs and any customs and import terms for international deliveries are agreed before ordering. Collection at an agreed place and time is also possible.
How do I pay?
Printing orders for business customers based in and receiving delivery in Germany are invoiced with payment due 14 days after delivery. Private customers, international orders and new CAD creation are paid in advance. For mixed orders, the individual payment terms are stated in the quotation.
Do I need a customer account?
No. You submit your enquiry without registering. Once it is saved successfully, a confirmation appears on the website. Further discussion and the quotation are handled personally; online status tracking is not available.
Who can access my files?
Uploaded files are not publicly accessible. Access is through the protected internal enquiry management system. For agreed design work, involved partners receive only the information required for that work, subject to confidentiality requirements.
Do you keep my files for repeat orders?
We do not provide a permanent file archive. Please keep your originals and backups. For reproduction, you can upload the approved file version again. Our privacy policy explains limited storage.
Do the images show real customer projects?
Images marked as illustrations show example applications. They do not document specific customer orders.
