The right place for electronics and connections.
FORMACT manufactures custom housings, front panels and PCB holders for your components. PCB mounting, connector openings and assembly access come together in a fitting mechanical enclosure.
Made to suit your task. With CAD data or a description of your requirements.

Plan the internal layout and operation together.
A housing must suit its contents and the people who assemble or operate it. PCB spacing, cable connectors and screw points need room. Displays, buttons and connections must be accessible in their intended positions. These requirements define a custom structure that houses the electronics and accommodates the assembly sequence.
Housing with defined PCB holders
The base and lid are tailored to the PCB outline and components. Integrated supports and threaded inserts provide mounting points; cut-outs leave the intended connection areas clear.
Front panel for controls and displays
A custom panel geometry organises buttons, display and connectors. Cut-outs, mounting and accessibility follow the existing internal layout and intended operating sequence.
Carriers and DIN rail adapters
A suitable carrier connects an equipment component to its intended mount. Cable routes and removal direction can be considered alongside screw access and standard mounting interfaces.
What the right geometry changes.
Integrate components in an organised way
PCBs and connections receive defined positions. Space for connectors, cables and mounting is considered from the start.
Make assembly clear
Accessible screws and appropriately split housing halves support assembly. Opening and reclosing are considered in the design.
Support equipment changes
A new PCB outline or additional connection can be handled as a specific geometry change. Variants can share a common basic structure.
Mechanical parts and simple housing assemblies.
Alongside individual housing shells, we supply simple assembled units with threaded inserts, screws, spacers or protective feet. We prepare existing CAD data and make simple housing adaptations to clear specifications. We can support more extensive product design together with specialist CAD and engineering partners.

Housing geometries in FDM or resin.
FDM is an option for housing shells, carriers and adapters. Resin offers possibilities for smaller housings with fine details or demanding cut-outs. We coordinate part division and mounting with the planned assembly.
What should your housing accommodate?
Send PCB or component data, a sketch of connections and the desired installation arrangement. A description of the equipment layout is also a good starting point for agreeing on housing shape, mounting and design scope.
Enquire about your custom partGeometry, function and specification follow your task. A description is enough for an initial enquiry; you can add any existing files.
