Castable Resin
Castable Resin connects digital design with traditional investment casting. It suits one-off pieces and small batches whose geometry would be complex to create by hand. Organic shapes, openings and fine lettering can be printed as casting patterns and transferred into a matched casting process.
Typical applications
Sacrificial patterns for jewellery casting, fine ornaments, custom fittings and detailed investment-cast metal parts. Castable Resin reproduces delicate shapes and recessed or raised engravings directly from 3D data.
Why Castable Resin?
Complex, personalised shapes can be created without a hand-made wax model. The wax-based material supports a burnout process tailored to casting patterns and enables fine details in subsequent metal casting.
