High-Temperature Resin
High-Temperature Resin extends the material range for tasks involving particular heat exposure. It enables precise geometries for test setups and selected forming processes. Together, we define which areas absorb heat, which forces act and how the desired final condition can be checked.

Typical applications
Heat-exposed display and functional samples, thermal test holders and detailed mould inserts for suitable small-run processes. High-Temperature Resin is an option when a conventional modelling material softens too readily under heat.
Why High-Temperature Resin?
High heat deflection resistance combines with the detail quality of resin printing. This creates opportunities for small, precise geometries in thermal trials and the development of parts exposed to heat.
Performance profile
- Heat deflection temperature (HDT)
- up to 260 °C
- Tensile strength
- up to 42.4 MPa
- Elongation at break
- up to 2.5 %
- Tensile modulus
- up to 2,450 MPa
Ideas for your application
Device and process development, thermal testing, mould making and technical samples.
Surface and appearance
A consistent, detailed surface with a violet base colour. Suitable functional surfaces can be selectively post-processed.
Designing your part to fit
Distribute heat and load introduction evenly. Avoid notches and thin loaded projections. For mould inserts, plan demoulding, seating surfaces, pressure and cycle time early.
Finishing and post-processing
Post-processed functional surfaces and smoothed support marks enable clean integration into fixtures and test setups.
