Rigid Resin
Rigid Resin is designed for applications where precise geometry and a firm feel matter most. It suits compact fixtures, stops and stable functional models. Fine details and robust cross-sections can be combined in a single part.

Typical applications
Rigid assembly aids, test holders, housings, dimensionally stable brackets and detailed technical samples. Rigid Resin is a good choice when a part should deform as little as possible under a moderate test load.
Why Rigid Resin?
High stiffness supports defined contact surfaces and dimensionally stable geometries. Combined with the detail quality of resin printing, it creates technical models for assessing fits, fixing points and assembly procedures.

Ideas for your application
Machinery and device development, assembly and test equipment, electronics housings and technical model trials.
Surface and appearance
Consistent surfaces with clean contours. Mating and contact surfaces can be deliberately oriented and post-processed where necessary.
Designing your part to fit
Transfer loads through adequate cross-sections and rounded transitions. Avoid sharp notches and very thin loaded tabs. Specify reference surfaces, fits and fixing points early.
Finishing and post-processing
Functional and contact surfaces can be selectively post-processed. Smoothed support marks create a clean technical surface.
